 Landscape in the Galilee is a lovely image of the mountains of the Galilee. The soft pastel tones beautifully portray the colors of Israel and its fierce sunlight. Gutman turned the view into a playful, colored and graphic image. In this print, as in many of his other works, the human figure is presented by only few black silhouette lines.
