The Dress was created in Jerusalem by Noda during his visit to Israel in 1969. Two dresses are hanging on a typical Jerusalem window bars. Seems that Noda was not interested in the room characteristics but rather in the window fragment with the colored dresses and the blue clouded sky seen through the window. This simple and daily scene has a dreamy appearance due to the fragmentation and the contract of the vibrant colors versus the white paper.
